All country findings, legal metadata, evidence, reviews and clearances in this environment are synthetic. They are not official PAP findings.

A linked demonstration

  1. In Ratification, inspect the country and treaty matrix. Open Kenya and the Maputo Protocol. Compare signature, consent, deposit and entry into force. Ghana includes an intentional future state entry into force example.
  2. Switch to Implementation and choose IM07 Dedicated Budgetary Provision. Open Map of Africa, select the Maputo Protocol and compare countries. Zero release, absent release, disputed findings and unreviewed evidence are separate examples.
  3. Open the country dossier. Inspect the obligation register, constitutional profile, reported findings, attachment and revision history. Download an MP brief, action letter or selected data.
  4. As demo.staff, create a new outcome record in Outcomes and learning. Enter its source, unit, baseline and target. Sign out, use demo.reviewer and independently review the submission. Self review is refused.
  5. Inspect the linked crosswalks, disaggregated observations, external recommendations, evaluations, peer assistance and programme finance. Small cell observations remain suppressed in public output.
  6. Open Delegation follow up. The Kenya pending revision example preserves an earlier verified closure. Create an extension or resolution and use independent review to change the operative result.
  7. Use a historical selection and compare the earlier cycles. Historical records and exports are bounded by the selected date. Return to the current cycle before editing.
  8. Inspect a reviewed public release, its safe summary and its hash. Revise or withdraw a demonstration release and verify that anonymous and national account routes respect the current clearance. Staff retains the explicit archive route.

Coverage

The fixture includes 55 countries, 55 listed instruments, 3,025 participation cells, all 15 implementation indicators, all 23 record types and three reporting cycles. Every instrument has implementation examples in Kenya. Maputo, ACDEG and AfCFTA have examples across all countries. Other unassessed cells remain explicit.

All interface supported fields have example records or a stated conditional reason in the field coverage manifest. The prior Excel master is a legacy reference. Current CSV and JSON exports reflect the running framework and the selected date.

Imports and reminders

The operator's data directory contains CSV fixtures for a valid observation, an invalid value and duplicate rows. Imports require validation and independent review. Reminder delivery is disabled in this demo. The operator can generate a local reminder preview. UMUGANDA import examples are staged synthetic data and do not assert live connectivity.

Public output

Open the demonstration public releases. Published output carries the same synthetic data notice. English, French, Portuguese and Arabic interface switching is available. Professional translation acceptance remains separate.

PAP management acceptance

Open PAP acceptance in either pathway. The separate acceptance workspace covers 134 tests and 90 review areas, with individual form field checks, named assignments, evidence, retained attempts and independent stage decisions. Practice runs are clearly labelled. Formal PAP acceptance requires named reviewers and the agreed HTTPS address. Start by approving scope and methodology, then review child areas before their parents. No test is pre-marked Pass.

The coordinator starts Practice using demo.admin, with demo.staff as tester and demo.reviewer as approver. Appointed people use separate named accounts for PAP acceptance. HTML, CSV, JSON and evidence bundle exports are available. Acceptance history is protected from the normal demo reset command.
